Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We do not offer flat rate shipping.

In-Store pickup is not available. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Canada, New Zeland, China, Hong Kong SAR.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ODDO Leather is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@oddoleather.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled via written request and within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Returns and Exchanges

ODDO Leather stands by the quality of our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn or unused products within 30 days of your original purchase. All returns must be in original packaging, and not worn.

Please be advised the products customized in any way are NOT subject to refund unless there is a defective design.

We are dedicated to making sure that your purchase arrives in a timely manner. 

DOMESTIC BUYERS:  All USA shipments are sent with a tracking number showing Delivery Confirmation via USPS mail. If you choose expedited shipping, the package will be sent via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). If your order is valued at $200.00 or more a Signature Confirmation could be added upon request. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Depending on the order packages are sent either via USPS First Class with tracking number within USA or USPS Priority Mail that is fully trackable. Please contact me if you do not see your country in the shipping list.

Import Duties- All non-US customers are responsible for paying taxes on qualifying items. Every country/region is different, please check with your local authority to see how much you may expect to pay to receive your items.
