Orders can be canceled via written request and within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Returns and Exchanges

ODDO Leather stands by the quality of our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn or unused products within 30 days of your original purchase. All returns must be in original packaging, and not worn.

Please be advised the products customized in any way are NOT subject to refund unless there is a defective design.
